Closing the Year with Gratitude

As the year winds down, I find myself reflecting on the moments that made 2024 special, and one that stands out is being part of “Edição Limitada – Ano 3”, a group exhibition at Galeria Santa Maria Maior in Lisbon.

Having my work featured among 77 incredibly talented photographers has been a true honor. This exhibition isn’t just a collection of images—it’s a celebration of creativity, perspectives, and storytelling through the lens. Being part of such a diverse group of artists is inspiring and a reminder of how much the photographic community has to offer.

A Night to Remember
Opening night was particularly meaningful for me. It wasn’t just about showcasing my work—it was about the people. I had the chance to reconnect with friends, colleagues, and even former students. Those conversations, laughter, and shared stories made the evening unforgettable.

Moments like these remind me why I fell in love with photography in the first place. It’s about capturing images and the connections we make along the way. Every photograph has a story, and every story has people behind it—whether they’re in front of the camera or standing beside us at an exhibition.

There’s Still Time to Visit
If you haven’t had a chance to visit the exhibition yet, there’s still time! “Edição Limitada – Ano 3” runs until January 18, 2025, and it’s an experience you won’t want to miss. The gallery, located in the heart of Lisbon, offers a warm and intimate space to reflect on each piece in the collection.

For those who fall in love with an image, the good news is that prints—including my own—are available for purchase. It’s a wonderful opportunity to take home a piece of this exhibition and support the artists involved.

Looking Ahead to 2025
As we prepare to welcome a new year, I want to take a moment to thank everyone who has supported me and my work in 2024. Whether you visited an exhibition, shared kind words, or simply appreciated a photograph, your support means the world to me.

Here’s to continuing this journey, creating more art, and building deeper connections in 2025. I’m so excited to see what the new year holds and to share more moments with all of you.

Thank you for being part of this incredible year. 🖤
