STAMFORD, CT. — The Loft Artists Gallery presents Big-Bigger-Biggest, an art show
featuring select large paintings from LAA artists. All art on exhibit will be 36” X 48” or
larger, offering a rare opportunity for viewers to see how LAA artists are experimenting
with size and scale.
“The idea of a show where the only parameter is size is intriguing as is the chance to
view a selection of very large paintings in one space,” says Mark Macrides. “It will be
much different than what viewers typically expect to see in our gallery.”
Big-Bigger-Biggest will run from May 7 to June 20, with an opening reception that is
free and open to the public on Friday, May 7 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The Loft Artists
Gallery is located at 845 Canal Street in Stamford, CT. Gallery hours are Friday through
Sunday, 12-5 pm. Admission is free.
The Loft Artists Association, a non-profit organization, is located in Stamford’s South
End. For over 30 years, the Loft Artists have been dedicated to sharing the power of art
with the community in which they work.
