There are estimated to be about 120,000 workers either seeking or performing day-labor assignments in the united states of America who are predominantly immigrant and Latino. Most were born in Mexico (59%) and Central America (28%), but the third largest group (7%) is U.S: born.
Most of the men I photographed are from Honduras and Guatemala.
Workers meet at well-known locations, usually public street corners or commercial parking lots.
