Model Ts to Mustangs Antique and Classic Car Show

The annual Model Ts to Mustangs Antique and Classic Car Show returned to the Stamford Museum & Nature Center featuring American and import cars manufactured between 1900 and 1979. This year’s special section focused on Cadillac s, a storied American brand whose origin dates back to 1902. General Motors’ Cadillac is among the most famous of the American marques and was designed to blend unsurpassed engineering with luxury. In a previous post I wrote about the Stamford Museum and nature center.

The car show is held on the museum grounds. I had just purchased a new Canon 50 1.2 and this was a perfect opportunity to take her for a test run. Not much to say really except I am making the most of that short DOF. I love classic cars; I love the detail and the pride that went into these mechanical masterpieces.

Awards were presented in several categories including “Best Cadillac,” “Best Survivor Car,” and the ever-popular “People’s Choice.”.

Proceeds from Model Ts to Mustangs benefit the Museum’s arts education and gallery initiatives.
