Hasselblad Masters Book Behind the Scenes photos

I have so many amazing people and companies who have helped and supported me on this project and without them it would not have been possible to create my images for the masters book. I would like to start by thanking Hasselblad and this year’s judges for the recognition of my work in giving me this award. Also a special thanks to Mr Christian Norgard & Jim Rooney from Hasselblad who have been helpful and kind.
My family who love and support me continually and I have to give a big hug and shout-out to my beautiful models Katy Cee, Jenny, Luis Batalha, Malin, Sebastiao Jenseon and their bookers Carla Floriano and Michael Gomes from Karacter Models; to Neuza Teixeira from Bliss Models; Valter Carvalho and Jessica Turqueza from Glam Models; Andre Chee and Marcela Dias their booker Luis Graca and Agency Director Miguel Blanco from LAgence Models. Your faces and expressions are the reason I do what I do.
Thank you also to Claude Pena from Parques de Sintra, without whom I would not have had my amazing locations.

My assistants who put up with me; Bruno Melo, Paulo Reis and Diogo Aureliano
To my make-up and hair artists who help me put my vision together; Elia Le, Vera Pimentao, Elsa Brandao and Joana Rodeira.

To the designers who created the wonderful garments; Alexandra Moura, Ana Sabino, Fernanda Pereira, Susana Agostinho and Ana Abrunhosa. I cannot forget Helga Peres from Commercial foto; Colin P King from Broncolor USA; Amber McCoy and Kelly Mondora from FJ Westcott. I have to thank Katy Cee, not only as a model, but also as my assistant producer and a loving, supporting force during the entire project from start to finish.

My Final vision was only possible thanks to one woman; Gina Hernandez my Retoucher. Gina not only executed her task with great skill and in a timely matter, she also made me believe in the saying: ‘when life gives you Lemons, you make lemonade’. Gina Makes the best Lemonade.

My last shout-out will be to my team at Milkman Productions LX; Luis Salzedas and Pedro Davim, who have been my friends and colleges since the beginning. Without them I would not be where I am today; thanks for believing.
