A Resurrection of Romance in Toronto

I have been working flat out till today pretty much, so here’s a fun update of the work that’s happened so far. I shot for Jessica Rose’s new Fall/Winter line for 2011 with the wonderfully talented Katy Cee as my model and muse. The dresses used for the campaign were a floral 1940′s inspired shift dress and a floor length dark blue maxi dress made out of gorgeous and soft fluid jersey. Images to come very soon as they are currently being edited. Jessica Rose is currently based in Toronto in the Distillery District and I shot her last ad campaign back in July last year. She is young designer gaining recognition and clients rapidly, so it is super exciting to be a part of the process .

Below is my set up, nice and simple just how I like it. The location we chose was in Jessica’s building. The hallway was lit by all these huge windows and all I had to do was set the camera (Canon 5D ) on my tri-pod (3 legged thing) and fill in some extra light with a Westcott 6 & 1 reflector. As always, I shoot to my super reliable Sandisk extreme CF cards.
